responsibility under copyright law for
material used in production that the client
claims to be the sole owner of or to have the
authority to use in the production. |

| Client's material shall be
stored by TCTV, INC. at client's risk. TCTV,
INC. shall not be liable for losses of any
kind due to an act of God. |

| All commercials for airing
are CASH IN ADVANCE of airing. |
|
| All information herein
contained is subject to change without notice. |

| Taped copies of the show are
extra. |
