Terms and Conditions

bulletA deposit is required before any work is done on any project.
bulletDeposits are non-refundable.
bulletWhere deposits are not applicable, client shall be billed at a two-hour minimum.
bulletApplicable taxes shall be added to all invoices.
bulletAll work shall remain in the possession of TCTV, INC. until payment is received in full.
bulletClient assumes all responsibility under copyright law for material used in production that the client claims to be the sole owner of or to have the authority to use in the production.
bulletClient's material shall be stored by TCTV, INC. at client's risk. TCTV, INC. shall not be liable for losses of any kind due to an act of God.
bulletAll commercials for airing are CASH IN ADVANCE of airing.
bulletAll information herein contained is subject to change without notice.
bulletTaped copies of the show are extra.
