Jaye Renay is a Washington, DC native, and graduate from Howard University, majoring in Radio/Television/Film with a minor in Fashion. While still a student, she interned at Black Entertainment Television as a fashion stylist to BET's on-air talent, and then parlayed her internship into a full-time job. Two years later, when BET moved production to New York City, she stayed in Washington and took her new career in new directions. 

On local Washington, DC cable, J. created "Fashion Forward," a thirty-minute show she continues to write, produce, and host. Her mission is to enlighten, entertain, and empower… and she does, with over 500,000 regular viewers in the Washington Metropolitan area. Her guests, experts in hair, make up, and wardrobe, discuss everything from the raunchy, daring style of Lil' Kim to the romantic understated look of Gwyneth Paltrow. 

Jaye is the resident wardrobe expert on "The Beauty Files with Juanita", a one-hour talk show on WOL 1450 /Radio One in Washington, DC. She also serves as the entertainment reporter on Channel 15 News in Largo, MD. Reporting fostered the birth of her latest assignment - StarPower Entertainment. An up-to-the-minute magazine news show covering government, special events and entrepreneurs.

Expanding into print media, she wrote "SuitYourself" for Heart and Soul magazine. In addition to writing glamour features for LCB Style, an on-line magazine. Jaye's talents extend to voiceovers, and print modeling. 

Jaye can be heard from coast to coast with the launch her latest project "Lots of Lip" on XM Satellite Radio.
