While employed full-time in another
line of work, Carol started her own business providing desk-top print
publishing and branding services to local DC firms. Always an entrepreneur,
in 1966 she began offering electronic publishing services through Website
development and established www.CeeMe.Com.
In addition to TC, her current web clients now numbers over 150. She produced and
maintains Websites for such diverse organizations as Women in
Federal Law Enforcement, www.WIFLE.com;
the Automated Wildlife Data Systems, www.iafwa-awds.com;
a Hispanic Internet radio firm, www.audiokiss.com; the
Cambria County PA Bicentennial, www.CambriaPaBicentennial.Com;
the Portage PA Historical Society, www.portagestationmuseum.org;
and many other non-profit and small businesses.
In 1997 Carol pioneered
and copyrighted both the Webcard (a single eclectic fully functioning
web page for professionals, www.webcards.us),
and the Weblet (a popular web of four pages for start-ups, www.weblets.biz).
In addition, Carol owns copyrights on CeeMe.Com, and the 1995 Child
Identification Handbook, the first ever of its kind to offer home fingerprint
